Couple’s Massage Lesson
Massage is an ancient healing practice in which we manipulate the soft tissue of the body to restore healthy function, release of tension and deep relaxation. Couple’s Massage delivers established techniques to the lay person to effect healing through loving, focused and disciplined touch. In this lesson emphasis is placed on correct technique, understanding of benefits, personal trust and communication. Additionally, couples will learn how to incorporate warm stones and aromatherapy into their massage as well as techniques to alleviate everyday pain and tension.
